Madeleine Lamothe draws on more than 20 years of progressive, successful experience delivering business solutions that align organizational processes. She has gained deep domain expertise formulating and implementing Executive Management and Change Management philosophies and processes, Process Improvement and Six Sigma, as well as Sales and Marketing Strategy and Execution, and delivering targeted training to a broad range of industries. Madeleine has proven her abilities in sectors such as consumer products, healthcare, mining, pulp and paper, transportation, aerospace, and automotive, to name a few.

Her background features high profile positions including Managing Director of Juran Institute (Canada) Limited, where she had sole responsibility for directing all business areas for Juran’s Canadian subsidiary. She has held Executive Management Positions at Forum Learning Systems Canada Limited, IMPAC Control Systems of Canada Limited, and was Director of Counselling Standards for a career counselling service in Toronto, establishing its first international subsidiary.

Madeleine earned her MBA at Bryant College, RI, her BA from Anna Maria College in MA, and pursued further studies towards an MA in Labour Economics from Northeastern University, MA. Madeleine is a member in good standing at the Strategic Leadership Forum, Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, and the American Society for Quality, the American Society for Training and Development, and the American Management Association.
