Chris Anderson

Chris Anderson brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Financial Services industry following 18 years at RBC Financial Group where he held several senior management positions.

In 1994, Chris created and led a new change management unit at RBC Financial Group. In 1998, during the merger talks between Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank, he was appointed acting vice-president of Public Affairs. From 1999 to 2001, he was vice-president of Marketing Communications, responsible for Royal Bank’s advertising, sponsorship, merchandising, direct marketing and online communication activities. From 2001 to 2003 he was vice-president, Sponsorship Marketing, Print and On Line Communications for RBC Financial Group.

Chris is a graduate of Ryerson University (BA, Journalism, 1983) and McGill University (Master, International Management, 2001). For the McGill program, he attended business schools in England, France, India, Japan and Canada.

Since leaving RBC, he has become a recognized expert in the field of Promise Management™, assisting a wide range of clients to embed stated corporate promises into their day-to-day business practices, processes and functional activities.
